BRISBANE will once again be the seat of power after Prime Minister Kevin Rudd decided to base himself in the Sunshine State. The Courier-Mail can reveal Mr Rudd will run the country from his Norman Park home where his wife Therese will also live. Mr Rudd will only stay at the PM's official residences at the Lodge in Canberra and Kirribilli House in Sydney when in those cities on official business. The Prime Minister will use his role as Queensland's most high-profile MP to try to protect Labor's eight existing seats, and steal seats from the LNP.
